Beach Attendant at Kai Beach

About the role

We are looking for a Beach Attendant to join the team at Kai Beach, part of Aldar Hospitality’s Leisure Cluster. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests on the beach, delivering friendly service, taking orders and ensuring a memorable dining experience in a vibrant outdoor setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and provide a warm, professional service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly using the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations, explain specials and upsell where appropriate.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and verify correct delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations and dining areas in line with hygiene standards.
• Manage stock and supplies, minimise waste and report low inventory.
• Check guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Follow all health, safety and OHS policies, using protective equipment and safe work practices.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point‑of‑sale system.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in an outdoor environment.
