About the role
The Bellman greets and assists guests at the main entrance of a luxury hotel, ensuring a welcoming first impression and smooth luggage handling.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, using their names when possible.
- Coordinate with the front desk for arrivals and departures.
- Manage driveway operations, opening and closing vehicle doors.
- Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and baggage area.
- Assist concierge with taxi bookings and alert security of any suspicious activity.
Required profile
- Secondary or high school education.
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Basic English language proficiency.
