Bellman – Guest Services

About the role

The Bellman will be the first point of contact for guests at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a courteous demeanor.
• Assist with luggage handling, room delivery, and transportation of packages.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance areas, and luggage storage.
• Coordinate with front‑desk and housekeeping teams for smooth guest experiences.
• Operate elevators and help guests navigate the property.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report facility issues.
• Uphold professional appearance and dress code at all times.
• Multitask effectively during peak periods while preserving service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong physical fitness to lift and carry luggage regularly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable time management, punctuality, and problem‑solving attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards is advantageous.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
