Bellman – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Bellman at One&Only One Za’abeel is responsible for the smooth handling of guest luggage and personal belongings while acting as a warm brand ambassador. This position plays a key part in delivering the resort’s promise of exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and transport guest luggage to and from rooms promptly and safely.
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide information or assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain the luggage storage area, ensuring cleanliness and security of all items.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to enquiries or special requests with empathy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bellman, porter or similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
