Bike Courier

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Bike Courier to manage the collection and delivery of documents and parcels in accordance with company policies and local regulations. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling consignments, and ensuring timely and accurate service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer support, assist with air waybill completion, and manage difficult situations.
• Collect and pick up consignments at client locations, obtain signatures and payments, and coordinate with dispatch for delivery.
• Detect and report missing or incorrect paperwork, and ensure undeliverable items are handled appropriately.
• Maintain the company bike according to RTA regulations, perform daily checks, arrange repairs, and keep insurance and registration up to date.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Prepare accurate MIS statements and reports as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and regulations.
• Physical stamina to handle bike deliveries and load handling.
• Proactive attitude toward self‑development and willingness to attend training.
