About the role
The Bike Driver position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai. You will safely operate a company‑provided bike to transport goods, parcels, or documents between designated locations while ensuring high levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and follow delivery routes, adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Pick up and drop off items on time, maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Interact courteously with customers and internal teams.
- Perform basic bike maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues.
Required profile
- Valid local licence for bike or motorcycle operation in Dubai with a clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with dispatch, team members, and customers.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site, manage time efficiently and handle the physical aspects of riding, loading and unloading.
Required skills
- Bike or motorcycle handling proficiency.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools.
- Basic bike maintenance knowledge.
