About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves conversing with AI models in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress, and creating new dialogues to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to assess conversational quality.
Write and edit novel conversation scripts for training purposes.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logic, and brand voice.
Provide feedback and performance metrics to guide model improvements.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Detail‑oriented with excellent command of grammar and style.
Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).

Required skills

Hourly compensation starting at $25 USD per hour, with bonus rates on select projects.
