Bilingual Community Manager (French & English)

About the role

DataOne Software is looking for a bilingual Community Manager to lead its digital presence across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the regional social media channels, create engaging content, and nurture a professional community that supports both commercial growth and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, with support for X and Instagram.
• Maintain an editorial calendar covering thought leadership, site milestones, events, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.
• Create and adapt posts, visuals, and short videos in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with headquarters to localise global communications.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to community interactions within defined service levels.
• Grow professional groups, partner ecosystems, and talent communities.
• Provide live coverage and post‑event content for trade shows and conferences.
• Track monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, share of voice, conversion) and report results.
• Conduct social listening, benchmark competitors, and flag reputational risks.
• Ensure compliance with local media regulations and site security constraints.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in community management or digital communications, preferably in B2B technology, infrastructure, or real‑estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Native‑level proficiency in both English and French, with strong copy‑writing skills.
• Solid understanding of the regional business and media landscape.
