About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic & English) Content Editor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the models, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scripts to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
Measure chatbot progress by evaluating correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
Identify issues, propose solutions, and document improvements for each model.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Only applicants residing in the United Arab Emirates will be considered.
