Bilingual Copyeditor - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual copyeditor to help train AI chatbots. You will work with both Arabic and English language models, measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and creating conversational content that improves model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the correctness, style, and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Measure chatbot progress through structured conversations in Arabic and English.
• Write novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Identify and solve issues that affect model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an expert level of linguistic knowledge.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Only candidates residing in the United Arab Emirates will be considered.
