Bilingual Editor - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a bilingual editor to help train AI chatbots by engaging in conversations in both Arabic and English, measuring progress, and creating novel dialogues to improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, logic, and performance.
- Conduct conversations with chatbots in Arabic and English to gauge progress.
- Write original conversation scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Expert level of linguistics; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
