Bilingual Legal Associate (Arabic/English)

About the role

AWS Legal Group, a full‑service law firm in Dubai, is expanding its legal team. We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Legal Associate fluent in Arabic and English to support both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and translate contracts, legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, pleadings and case briefs.
• Represent and assist clients before UAE courts, tribunals and government authorities.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and government entities in both languages.
• Manage case files, deadlines and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE Bar admission or eligibility is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a UAE law firm.

Required skills

• Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE civil, commercial and/or labour law.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
