Bilingual Public Relations Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Public Relations specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves conducting conversations in both Arabic and English, measuring model progress, and creating novel dialogue scripts to improve chatbot performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and assign diverse, complex bilingual tasks to AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and overall performance.
• Write original conversation scenarios to teach desired responses.
• Track and report on model improvement metrics.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Based in the United Arab Emirates; independent contractor status.
