Billing Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join EPIC Piping in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on processing billing for piping spool projects, ensuring accurate coding and documentation of quantities.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret piping spool drawings to determine quantities.
• Capture all activities and quantities related to each spool.
• Price‑code spool quantities in JD Edwards billing system.
• Maintain documentation and backups for the entire billing process.
• Utilise MS Excel and other MS Office tools for data handling.
• Ensure fast and accurate typing of billing entries.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a billing clerk, preferably in a construction or piping environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
