Billing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team at Sunny Medical Center Shahaba. The role involves managing front‑desk billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and providing excellent service to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Receive payments by cash or credit card and issue receipts.
• Enter services accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system following institutional policies.
• Generate invoices for cash and insurance payments.
• Identify service prices, tabulate bills in EMR, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Count cash drawer amounts at shift start and ensure adequate change.
• Reconcile cash and credit sales with EMR at the end of each day.
• Maintain statistical data on promotions and campaigns in the authorized format.
• Provide accurate information in response to customer queries.
• Notify management of any billing system or customer issues.

Required profile

• College diploma in any discipline or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced front‑desk environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
