About the role
The BIM Architect – Mid Level is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai. You will develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects and work closely with multidisciplinary design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
- Coordinate BIM work with structural, MEP and other design teams.
- Produce architectural drawings and technical submittals.
- Support clash detection and design coordination processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an architect on towers, residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects.
- Strong coordination, communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with BIM tools and workflows.
- Experience in model creation, coordination and data management.
