BIM Coordinator – Revit Modeling & Scan-to-BIM

About the role

Robotic Imaging is seeking a fast, detail‑oriented BIM Coordinator to join its Dubai office. You will produce accurate Revit models from point cloud data and 2D drawings, ensuring high‑quality output while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and develop Revit models (architectural, structural, or MEP) from point clouds, 2D drawings and project briefs.
• Execute Scan‑to‑BIM workflows following company SOPs, BIM Execution Plans and modelling standards.
• Perform self‑checks and peer reviews using internal QA/QC checklists before submission.
• Run clash detection reports, coordinate with team members to resolve conflicts and track daily KPIs.
• Submit daily progress reports and communicate any modelling issues or potential delays on the same working day.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience producing Revit models in a professional BIM environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Knowledge of point‑cloud processing software (e.g., ReCap, Cyclone) and Scan‑to‑BIM workflows.
