BIM Lead - Landscape

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced BIM Lead for Landscape to head BIM processes for landscape projects in Abu Dhabi. You will guide a team of BIM coordinators, ensure high‑quality digital delivery, and drive innovation across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Oversee production, coordination, and quality review of BIM models and drawings for the Landscape discipline and other design disciplines.
• Identify and apply process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and deliverable quality.
• Maintain project documentation and conduct rigorous self‑checks before submission.
• Represent the Landscape BIM function in client meetings, presenting technical solutions and defending design decisions.
• Supervise junior technicians, provide mentorship, and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in landscape design, BIM coordination, or related fields.
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor of Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent landscape‑focused BIM tools.
