BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will lead the BIM and digital information management strategy for large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and associated information delivery requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination, manage federated models, and oversee clash detection and issue‑management workflows.
• Establish BIM standards, naming conventions, classification systems and ensure model QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the Common Data Environment (CDE), governing information workflows, permissions and document control.
• Provide design and construction support, including 4D sequencing, 5D cost integration and asset handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field; BIM or Information Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of AEC/BIM experience, preferably on large, complex, multidisciplinary projects in the GCC/UAE.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or hospital projects, especially high‑density MEP coordination.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and AutoCAD.
• BIM model federation, clash detection, issue management and CDE workflow administration.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, BEP development, MIDP/TIDP, LOD/LOI requirements.
• Automation tools such as Dynamo, Python, Power Automate, APIs and data reporting with Power BI.
