About the role
The BIM Plumbing professional will develop and coordinate plumbing models within BIM platforms for projects in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves designing, updating, and integrating plumbing layouts, pipe routing, and equipment placements.
Key responsibilities
- Review architectural and structural models and integrate plumbing systems.
- Resolve clashes and generate accurate shop drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other BIM specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Strong technical background in plumbing and pipe system design.
- Practical experience in maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in commercial or residential projects.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
