Blockchain Developer – Web3 Solutions Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled and innovative Blockchain Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain blockchain‑based applications and decentralized solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, security, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable Web3 services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain applications, platforms, and dApps.
• Write, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts using Solidity or equivalent languages.
• Integrate blockchain networks with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines, node deployment, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Evaluate Layer‑1, Layer‑2, sidechain, and emerging Web3 protocols for business use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in blockchain development, smart‑contract engineering, or Web3 solutions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Required skills

• Solidity (or other blockchain programming languages).
• JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust.
• Frameworks/tools: Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, ethers.js, web3.js.
• Token standards: ERC‑20, ERC‑721, ERC‑1155.
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud/container basics.
