BMS Technician Level 2 – Dubai

About the role

The BMS Technician Level 2 will ensure the Building Management System (BMS) operates reliably across Atlantis, The Palm. You will monitor, troubleshoot and optimise HVAC, pump and fan systems, supporting the wider maintenance team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot BMS screens, control panels, field controllers and automation systems.
• Respond to alarms, notifications and system faults, taking corrective action or escalating as needed.
• Inspect, diagnose and maintain sensors, actuators, VFDs, field devices and control systems.
• Support optimisation of HVAC, pumps, fans and other mechanical equipment through BMS adjustments.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical and mechanical teams for system integration and adjustments.
• Log operational parameters, perform energy monitoring and report deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness of panels, control rooms and work areas, adhering to HSE policies.
• Assist with calibration, repair and installation of BMS‑related equipment and train junior staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with building management or HVAC control systems.
