About the role

Join Malahide Partners as a member of its Board of Advisors and work directly with senior leadership to shape the firm’s strategy, accelerate deal origination, and open doors to institutional capital for technology companies across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on firm direction, deal positioning, and market approach.
• Leverage your network to support capital raising, investor introductions, and business development.
• Participate in advisory board meetings and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Assist in the origination and execution of equity, debt, and structured transaction mandates.
• Support marketing initiatives and help elevate the firm’s profile with institutional allocators.
• Collaborate with senior management and other board members to identify and capture growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience at a bulge‑bracket investment bank, elite boutique, or leading private‑equity firm.
• Strong institutional network across asset managers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, or other allocators.
• Proven track record raising capital for technology companies and deep understanding of deal structuring.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Knowledge of marketing and business development within financial services.
• Previous board or senior advisory experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute meaningfully to a fast‑growing firm.
