BOP Supervisor – Power Project (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BOP Supervisor to lead Balance of Plant activities on a power project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves direct contractor management, site execution, and client‑facing coordination to ensure the project is delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all Balance of Plant works on site, ensuring compliance with design and safety requirements.
• Coordinate daily activities with multiple contractors and hold them accountable to programme and quality standards.
• Lead client‑facing progress meetings, manage escalations, and provide transparent reporting.
• Drive the project towards completion within a tight schedule, addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BOP Supervisor on power or industrial projects.
• Background in power or oil & gas sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors on live sites.
• Comfortable handling client interactions and pressure to meet deadlines.
• UAE‑based candidates preferred to meet the immediate start date.
