About the role

The Branch Sales Officer is responsible for driving new business activities within the branch, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while meeting sales targets for financial products.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute branch tasks related to new business with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Promote and sell appropriate financial products to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide expert guidance and information to customers while upholding the Staff Code of Conduct.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager to support branch operations.
  • Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) protocols and complete required training.
  • Foster relationships with internal departments and customers to support business objectives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Branch Governance Charter, service standards, and operating procedures.
  • Deliver sales tasks precisely within set timelines while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Support branch operations under supervision, following departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products and related regulations.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support branch initiatives.
