Product Specialist – CNS (Pharma Sales)

About the role

The Product Specialist – CNS will promote and drive sales of assigned pharmaceutical products across the UAE. You will engage directly with healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and ensure product knowledge is effectively communicated to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CNS products to doctors, pharmacists, and key decision‑makers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product positioning.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned territories, ensuring comprehensive coverage of HCPs and key accounts.
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide product training and educational support to HCPs, sales teams, and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop market‑penetration strategies.
• Participate in medical conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
