About the role

The Field Sales Executive – Direct Channels will support retail operations by handling urgent requests, covering staff gaps, and driving sales during special events and product launches. This role combines on‑site customer interaction with market intelligence gathering to boost revenue across direct sales channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Address urgent requests from authorities and special events such as humanitarian centers and product launches.
  • Capture sales opportunities outside regular shop hours and provide temporary coverage for retail staff.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order fulfillment, and maintain service standards.
  • Conduct market visits to collect insights, report on competitor activity and emerging sales opportunities.
  • Support event logistics and maximize sales during festivals or product launches.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, sales performance and customer interactions.

Required profile

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales & Marketing.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in retail or customer service.
  • 2+ years of team‑leadership experience focused on coaching and performance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service and sales targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of TDRA regulations.
  • CPR compliance awareness.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and process optimisation.
  • Experience in reporting and performance analysis.
