Branch Supervisor – Kids Amusement Play Area

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Branch Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Kids Amusement Play Area in Dubai. You will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch activities and maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage, coach, and schedule play‑area staff.
• Ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere for children and parents.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and uphold high service quality.
• Monitor attendance, staff performance, and produce operational reports.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve branch revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, hospitality or family recreation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications.
