Brand Consultant & Business Development Manager

About the role

RG Group is launching a dedicated Brand Consultation division to help retail brands and businesses establish, grow, and expand across the UAE. As a Brand Consultant & Business Development Manager you will be the primary revenue driver, identifying and converting retail brands and business owners who need strategic brand advisory, leasing support, or both.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach retail brands, F&B businesses, and SMEs looking to launch or expand in the UAE.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events such as Gulfood, Beautyworld, and Cityscape to generate new business.
• Present RG Group’s brand consultation and leasing services, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate retainers and advisory fees.
• Close signed mandates and hand over client relationships to the delivery team for onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Retail Leasing Coordinator to match client requirements with available retail spaces.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on client needs, objections, and competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular pipeline and conversion reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within real estate, retail, hospitality, or professional advisory services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong existing network or familiarity with UAE retail, F&B, or franchise business communities is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and client interactions.
