Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead overall brand development and implementation to maximise sales and profit for R&B Fashion in the Dubai region. This role involves strategic planning, merchandise selection, and close collaboration with marketing and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profitability of brand stores in line with company targets.
• Develop and execute the brand launch strategy in consultation with the Brand General Manager.
• Control costs within budgetary guidelines and ensure adherence to financial plans for sales, markdowns, margin and inventory.
• Deploy resources effectively to achieve complete sell‑through of product assortments.
• Gather and review feedback from territories on brand acceptance and customer expectations.
• Create brand positioning together with the Marketing team and Brand Principal.
• Recruit, train and develop team members.
• Plan merchandise requirements, set sourcing triggers, and design pricing, promotion and assortment plans.
• Determine buying requirements, formulate budgets and manage in‑season stock balancing, markdowns and performance analysis.
• Develop visual merchandising strategies and ensure their implementation across stores.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and research new site opportunities for brand outlets.
• Coordinate new store openings, refits and ensure alignment with brand strategy and opening plans.
