Brand & Marketing Associate (Fintech)

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate to join our fast‑growing fintech team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across multiple marketing channels and the chance to contribute to high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email).
• Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Support the development of marketing collateral such as presentations and brochures.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and compliance teams to ensure aligned messaging.
• Help organize events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in fintech, financial services, or technology is a plus.
