Brand Marketing Manager – F&B

About the role

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, a UAE-based retail group representing brands such as Candylicious, Ethan Allen, Yogurtland and Garrett Popcorn, and owning several F&B concepts including Social House, Karak House, Angelina, Gia, Markette, Two Bistro, Caya, Parka, Krema, Carpo, Ganache Chocolatier, Parka Bakehouse, The Good Hood Kitchen and Klay by Karak, is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager. The role covers brand building and management, business and concept development, social media strategy and management, content creation, marketing campaigns, brand positioning and communication across all channels, and measuring results for several strategic F&B and retail concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage brands, develop business and concepts, and run marketing campaigns
• Manage social media strategy and content creation
• Maintain brand positioning and communicate the brand across all channels
• Identify internal and external opportunities to grow brand presence and image
• Coordinate closely with an in-house team and wider stakeholders

Required profile

• At least 4-5 years of experience in brand management, social media, brand communications, online and offline activations, and concept and campaign development
• Experience with well-known F&B, retail and hospitality brands (homegrown preferred)
• University degree; specialization in business administration or marketing is advantageous
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is a definite advantage
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
