Brand Marketing Manager - Snacks

About the role

Join Agthia Group's fast‑growing Snacks business and lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth and strengthen market presence across the UAE and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and enhance market positioning.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and trade channels, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Drive product innovation and manage new product launches from concept through commercialization.
• Manage external agencies and key stakeholders to deliver creative, media and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Own brand budgets, monitor performance metrics and optimise marketing investments for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of brand management experience in FMCG, preferably with snacks.
• Proven track record of successful large‑scale campaigns and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and influencing P&L outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in the UAE market; regional or international exposure is a plus.
