Brand & Marketing Programme Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Programme Delivery Specialist will develop and deliver marketing communications activities aligned with the Emirates Group brand strategy, supporting both Emirates Airline and dnata brands.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy and business objectives into clear marketing communications briefs for specialist teams.
• Collaborate with market research, analytics and strategic planning functions to generate insights for brand positioning.
• Drive the content and delivery of MarComms programmes, managing both run‑and‑build marketing requirements.
• Define, track and report marketing requirements, risks and roadmap alignment with business unit stakeholders.
• Optimize delivery and measurement of marketing initiatives across customer touchpoints.
• Identify and leverage marketing technology capabilities to support business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Marketing, Communications or Brand/Product Management.
• Degree or Honours in Marketing or Communications or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of customer journey development across digital and non‑digital touchpoints.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Project management certification.
• Experience with marketing automation programs.
• Knowledge of marketing data management and analytics.
