About the role

The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) on the Amazon team drives growth by building long‑term, trusted relationships with multiple brands under a single parent company. Working within TikTok’s Global Agency & Accounts group, the BPM combines consultative selling with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable results using TikTok’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge to design tailored advertising solutions.
  • Lead account planning, aligning internal resources to client priorities and long‑term growth objectives.
  • Elevate TikTok’s brand narrative and drive revenue growth through strategic conversations.
  • Expand global client relationships, scaling product adoption across brands and markets.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, create compelling sales presentations, and influence investment decisions.
  • Educate clients on best practices, product updates, and new solutions to increase adoption.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including issue resolution, campaign troubleshooting, and optimization in partnership with Client Solutions Managers.
  • Collaborate with product, measurement, creative, and operations teams to improve client outcomes and inform product roadmaps.
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and iterate to improve results.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, or online advertising.
  • Proven track record of building compelling presentations using industry and internal data.
  • Experience with digital media channels such as CTV, OTT, and social platforms.
  • Understanding of self‑serve ad platforms, auction mechanisms, and biddable digital advertising.
