About the role
The Brand Representative engages customers, delivers excellent service, and ensures a welcoming store environment. You will be the first point of contact, helping shoppers find what they need while driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experience by anticipating and responding to needs.
- Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards.
- Communicate effectively and warmly with shoppers.
- Protect assets and manage shrinkage.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development activities.
