About the role

The BrightStar Program offers a part‑time opportunity for UAE nationals currently enrolled in university. Participants will work alongside Deloitte professionals on real client engagements while developing practical skills in emerging technology areas.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of engagements within AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Programming, or Operational practices.
• Assist business development and marketing activities to engage target companies.
• Contribute to project teams to ensure a superior client experience.
• Gain exposure to sector expertise across Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Services, Government and Public sectors.
• Learn innovative approaches to data analysis and problem solving.

Required profile

• High‑achieving student at a reputable university.
• GPA above 2.5.
• Positive attitude with a strong appetite for learning.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively.
