Bus Driver – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will hold a valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License and possess strong knowledge of Dubai’s roads, routes and traffic regulations. You will be responsible for the safe, timely and courteous transportation of passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to designated destinations according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip and report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the bus.
• Monitor traffic conditions, manage delays and select alternative routes when necessary.
• Maintain accurate trip records, vehicle logs and incident reports.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of bus driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, highways, landmarks and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.

• Excellent route and location knowledge within Dubai.
