Procurement, Sourcing & Shipping Coordinator

About the role

Another Level General Trading is seeking a hands‑on Procurement, Sourcing & Shipping Coordinator to manage the full procurement cycle – from supplier identification to final delivery in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact suppliers, request quotations and compare offers on price, quality and lead time.
• Negotiate prices, payment and delivery terms, issue purchase orders and coordinate payments.
• Request and compare air and sea freight quotes, coordinate with freight forwarders and handle dangerous‑goods shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents, track shipments and keep clients updated.
• Coordinate customs clearance and final delivery within the UAE and maintain procurement and shipment trackers in Excel.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or freight forwarding in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, UAE customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent English (Arabic a plus).
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Experience with dangerous‑goods handling (IATA DGR / IMDG).
