Bus Driver for Hotel Transportation

About the role

Accor is seeking a reliable Bus Driver to transport colleagues between accommodation and the hotel in Dubai. The role involves ensuring safe, courteous travel while maintaining the vehicle and supporting hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off staff from accommodation to the hotel and vice‑versa in a friendly manner.
• Maintain and clean the bus regularly, complete minor maintenance, fuel the vehicle and ensure scheduled servicing.
• Update the logbook, prepare trip, accident and incident reports, and report any issues to the Transportation/Employee Services Manager.
• Resolve passenger complaints, cooperate with housekeeping, engineering, F&B and other departments, and attend scheduled training.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and knowledge of Dubai roads and local traffic rules.
• Professional appearance, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills.
