About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high‑profile digital transformation programme in Abu Dhabi. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, product and design, supporting fast‑paced delivery of digital services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Document detailed functional and business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Map business processes, customer journeys and end‑to‑end service journeys.
- Translate business needs into clear technical inputs and vice versa.
- Conduct gap, impact and dependency analysis and identify process inefficiencies.
- Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI, engineering and delivery teams.
Required profile
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital or technology transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably on government or public‑sector projects.
