Business Analyst - Strategy and Transformation

About the role

FTI Consulting, a global expert firm for organizations facing crisis and transformation, is hiring a full-time Business Analyst for its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai, starting in September 2027. The role suits motivated students who want to join a team of consultants and former industry executives, work alongside clients and receive mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
• Synthesise findings into clear presentations and reports
• Take part in client meetings and internal team meetings
• Work with senior team members on project planning, coordination and implementation
• Support the firm's business development and intellectual capital development

Required profile

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a master's programme, graduating between June 2026 and June 2027
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices
• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, logical and well organised
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse, international setting
• Interest in strategy consulting across the industries FTI Consulting covers
