Business Analyst - UAE National Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon Supply Chain team is looking for a talented, innovative, hands‑on and customer‑obsessed candidate for managing the capacity operations for the AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey) region. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms.
• Highly proficient with MS Excel.
• Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Analyzing and solving business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward‑looking opportunities.
• Designing new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability.
• Understanding tools and processes and driving seller adoption.
• Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or BS degree.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial models, analysis and recommendations that impact business.
