About the role
We are seeking organized and detail‑oriented professionals to support our import, export and trade documentation activities in Dubai. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring smooth international trade processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing and reviewing import/export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and internal teams to track shipment progress, resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Previous experience in import/export, shipping, logistics or trade administration is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet shipment deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
