Business Class Agent (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Business Class Agent provides VIP treatment to flydubi’s business‑class passengers, ensuring a seamless and stress‑free journey from arrival to departure. The role requires fluency in Russian and English to anticipate and fulfil passenger needs throughout the airport experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome business‑class passengers, assist with check‑in, luggage handling and special requests.
• Guide passengers through security, immigration and escort them to lounges and departure gates.
• Provide accurate flight, airport facility and amenity information.
• Prioritise and address passenger requirements at all touch points, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with airport staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Record passenger interactions, feedback and any incidents.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent (2 years).
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer‑facing or airport environments.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork and effective communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
