Business Consultant – UAE Company Formation Specialist

About the role

The Business Consultant will advise clients on establishing and expanding their operations across mainland, freezone, and offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. Leveraging specialized knowledge of local regulations, you will guide businesses through setup, licensing, and compliance to achieve their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable company formation options—mainland, freezone, or offshore—based on their goals and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the entire setup process, including documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through effective communication.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular project status updates and reports to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in business consulting with a focus on mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and Tagalog is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
