Business Developer (CER) - Renew

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for a Business Developer for its Certification (CER) Renew team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role drives new business in Abu Dhabi and other Emirates, manages the full sales cycle and builds long-term client relationships across sectors such as energy, utilities, building and infrastructure, industrial, aerospace, hospitality and tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development in Abu Dhabi and other Emirates, identify and win new sales, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract award and follow-up on scheduling and receivables.
• Maintain monthly target achievement and a healthy pipeline, ensure Salesforce accuracy and work with technical teams to structure winning proposals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, map stakeholders with GRC, QHSE, Cyber and Sustainability departments, and respond to client requests within 24 hours.
• Hold workshops and presentations, represent the company at industry events and conferences, and grow key and strategic accounts while reporting weekly sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the TIC industry.
• Awareness of ISO standards and management systems; sales and ISO-related training is desired but not mandatory.
• Ability to complete the Regular HSE standard training.
