Sales Executive

About the role

MDS Computers is hiring a Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Executive generates sales by building strong customer relationships and developing new partnerships, while achieving predefined sales targets, negotiating prices and managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with existing customers through regular visits, business reviews and ongoing engagement.
• Identify and evaluate potential clients, develop new partnerships and drive new business.
• Visit customers to assess needs, review orders and follow up on deliveries and outstanding issues.
• Negotiate and finalise pricing and payment terms within approved limits and report on deals closed.
• Keep customers informed of product updates, new launches and modifications.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the Direct Manager to approve payment facilities and set credit limits based on payment behaviour and order history.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, take corrective action and report outcomes.
• Carry out market visits, prepare competitor analysis reports and recommend ways to grow sales and strengthen market position.
• Collaborate with departments on new product and service launches and coordinate with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain on campaigns, sales tracking and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in the software industry or Apple ecosystem is preferred.
• Confident, with a strong and professional personality.
