About the role

Join deVere Acuma in Abu Dhabi as a Business Development Associate, working alongside experienced Area Managers and Senior Financial Advisers to grow client portfolios and develop your commercial and financial services expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, networking, social media and digital channels.
• Build referral and professional networks to generate new business opportunities.
• Book meetings, manage prospect follow‑up and support client onboarding.
• Develop and implement ideas and strategies to generate business.

Required profile

• Ambitious, confident and commercially driven individuals.
• Strong communication skills, energy, resilience and a genuine hunger to succeed.
• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, property, lead generation, telesales or other target‑driven environments.
