Business Development (B2B) – Corporate Relations (Arabic)

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive B2B growth and manage corporate relations in Arabic-speaking markets. You will act as the primary liaison between our consulting, training, and conference services and prospective corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting key market segments.
• Learn detailed information about our courses and services to effectively present them to prospects.
• Address client questions and issues, providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain clear communication to understand client requirements and propose appropriate offerings.
• Keep the customer database up‑to‑date and accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Patience and ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to handle diverse enquiries related to company products and services.
